It's May 2026; let's not FORGET!!

In today's episide, we reflect on the events of 2025 and the notion of a forced collapse occurring in the United States. This collapse has resulted from extended shutdowns driven by intense political division and conflicts over funding.

Welcome to the Art of Conversation. See your girl Alicia C. And we are checked. Recorded live. Yo. Happy Monday, everyone. Good morning. I hope you're feeling mindful this Monday. Yeah. Hope you had a good weekend. Yes, yes. Hope you got some self-care in. Very, very crucial thing that is, yes? The title of today's episode is A Forced Collapse. According to Oxford, collapse is to fall down or give in, give away. So if it is forced, then this collapse is obtained or imposed by oppression or physical power, right? So in what reference are you making? Well, the economy. It is being forced to collapse, don't you see? So as many of you may know, as of February the twenty fifth, the House passed a budget resolution cutting billions from Medicaid funding. However, it's still pending the Senate. So during the same week, the Senate passed its own resolution that would authorize roughly $340 billion in spending and be fully offset by correspondence spending cuts. In order for this to fully come to fruition, both chambers must pass a common budget resolution to move forward with the reconciliation process. Ouch. What on earth? What the hell are y'all thinking? I'm actually getting tired of using and hearing the word evil or even wicked, right? What are some other words or synonyms we can use to describe these governmental officials? Wrongful, yeah, we know, sinful, morally wrong. Yeah, we know, we know this. But I feel like something more nastier, right? That's not nasty enough, right? For all my Caribbean people out there, um Pussyclats, that that that that that that sounds more fitting, right? Soulless pussyclots. Everything is starting to reveal and make more sense to some of the American people, that is, the countless numbers of distractions thrown in our direction to blind us if we allow it to is what you choose to be blinded by. I mean look at what's happening. Wake up before it's too late. Bam bam wake up, wake it the fuck up right this minute. You know, some people are laughing about this and even ignorantly boasting that poor people should get up off their asses and work. And I've I've heard this come out of people's mouth, and not just in on or in social media, the media, but in person. Some people think, hey, you know, let them cut Medicaid, you know, we're that's our money. We're we're taking care of these people who don't want to get up off their ass. But I don't think people fully understand what this entails and how much this in fact in fact impacts all of us, everyone, collectively. Medicaid funds are so crucial. Medicaid funds, so many crucial facets. And so the House of Representatives voted 217 to 215 to adopt its budget proposal that calls for $2 trillion in spending cuts, and some of which could potentially impact Medicaid and other health care programs. And the bill which focuses on the Trump administration's agenda on border security, defense, energy, and taxes, also allows for up to $4.5 trillion in spending for tax cuts and would raise the debt ceiling by $4 trillion. Woof. Money, money, money, money. So where all this money go in the ass all this money, money, money I go to the economy, but yet and still the American people is Brooks. Where's the money going? When we're looking at Medicaid funding, we're looking at Medicaid, Medicare, EBT, which is SNAP, meals on wheels, free mental health care for veterans, free lunch, and when I say free lunch, for your average American, yes, but then you also think, okay, Department of Education, some people don't know that a lot of the dollars come from Medicaid that funds those programs for the children, dental care, housing assistant programs such as Section 8. The housing market will collapse. And many other sockets. They're dismantling all these programs, these departments, cutting federal funds like what? Remember, Medicaid funds, also nursing homes, hospitals, facilities, etc. etc. Heavenly Father, have mercy on your people. But as we all know, we should not be in fear. Don't live in fear, don't be fearful. We all know how evil never prevails over good. But I will note that things must get bad, sometimes worse, before it can get better. So it's kind of bittersweet, right? So I guess you can look at it as in is it entirely bad that the economy is being forced to collapse? Well, you look at the pros and cons. It's a bad thing, and why is it bad? It's a semi-good thing because it allows for things to crumble so that it can be rebuilt. The problem is, and this is just my opinion because I feel like if you're gonna do that, the government uh like the governmental officials, they need to crumble too. And I that's just my opinion across the board with many things, not just the government, the department of education, social services. I just feel like a master reset is needed, and it's time to clear house and clear, you know, for the government, clear clear, like clear, clear it all out. The House of Representatives send it like clear them out and start fresh and bring in new people who actually mean well. Another way of doing things instead of this nonsense, because the people who are running it now, half of them are sociopaths, narcissists, psychopaths. Greed, greed, everything is about money. Don't give a shit about at who is going to suffer for their self-centered ways. And then, come on, you have some people who like, you know, no, no, no, no, no. What he's doing is good, it forces people to get up and work. I'm sick and tired of taking care of people, and some people who just stay on these programs for their whole life and it becomes generational, and they just pass it down to their kids, and then their kids pass it to their kids and their kids, and nobody works, they just pop out kids. Like, these are conversations that have been had. You have some people who think like that, but it's not the case for everyone. According to the American Hospital Association's president and CEO, Rick Pollock, he said the chamber should construct a path forward on budget reconciliation that protects Medicaid from harmful cuts that would impact access to care for millions of Americans. Land of the free, right? What about the American people? Like, I feel like they're doing so much, but yet so little. What about the American people? How many people are gonna be affected by these severe changes and cuts? Yes, sir, yes, yes, yes, not sure why this would even be touched. Yes, revisions need to be made in all areas, but to completely cut and remove it all, what exactly are you trying to accomplish here? Seriously, if you wanted to do revisions and and think about like reconciliation and all that, it should be to improve, yes, the budgeting, but also ensure that everyone is getting quality services, services that are accessible and affordable, but again, we get it, we get it. There's always an agenda, and they don't always have the Americans' best interests at heart. These are soulless entities. The death rate is going to rise. If this is signed in stone, if we think, hey, look at what we're experiencing right now. If we think this is bad, I mean I'm thinking Armageddon. Have you guys been making your mental health a top priority? Gotta, you know, I gotta always throw that back in there. Have you been thinking about your plan B, C, D, through Z? Some people say, well, my plan A was to work, stack paper, move out the country, uh uh. Then what happened? Inflation occurred, all these things started happening one after another. These excruciating prices, housing, food costs, even health care, everything. Then there were the mass layoffs in certain sectors, hiring freezes caused by economic uncertainty. Then we got to think about okay, the increased competition for available positions. Now we know that if you cut so many federal workers, being that they're a federal worker and they have the experience, of course, they're gonna get chosen for certain positions opposed to those who are starting out recent college grads, etc. So then again, what happens to the market? Are you forcing people to take certain types of jobs? And then if you want to take it a step further and think about okay, mass deportation, and then there's this idea that's you know hanging there in the air. If you have all this mass deportation and you want United the United States to stand in solitude, who are gonna do these jobs that the immigrants were more than happy to do, to take for peanuts? You can't expect someone with a bachelor's, a master's, even associates, high school diploma, etc. Right? Or what 10 plus 15 plus amount of years of potential education, etc. Some people go to college and don't actually get a career or a job in their field. If they do, they're below pay. So who are gonna take these jobs that the immigrants were alright with taking? Just something to think about. Then we think about okay, there's a slowdown in the job growth. Okay, inflation is continuing to rise. There's a shift in demand towards specific skill sets. So obviously, you're leaving some job seekers behind. List goes on and on and on. Some people are already running up in supermarkets and stores and stealing, they call looting, they call it looting. So they could feed themselves and their families. Okay? What do you think is going to happen? I gotta take it back to the death rate. If you're closing and cutting these services and closing nursing homes and hospitals, what happens to the disabled, the elderly, the people who require services to live because of certain medical complexities? What happens? What happens with the equipment? What happens? Can't afford health insurance, can't afford to pay out of pocket. Out-of-pocket costs to see a doctor is ridiculous. Much less co-pays and medication. Ah. You're killing people. Really? Who benefits from this? Okay, we're in 2025, it's tax season, and we know that IRS has within three years to do audits, right? So currently they're doing auditing for the years 2020 to 2021. There's been many people complaining that their tax refunds were snatched. How many of you guys have experienced this? Did it happen to you? Do you know someone it happened to? Have you been seeing the media? People complaining, people waiting. If it's any time or year that people are waiting for their income tax, their refund, relying on that overpayment because they got things to do, or they want to do this, that, or save, or whatever the case may be, relying on that and then totally forgetting that yes, IRS has within those three years to do audits. So, what happened during 2020-2021? COVID pandemic. A lot of people was ricking it in these streets. The PPP loans, the unemployment, some people got overpaid, people were getting paid unemployment but still working, etc. Some of us may know some people who got caught up in that. So all we could do is just sit there and listen. Can't really say much. They weren't expecting the money to get snatched, but they snatched it. What a horrible time, right? But you know these people don't play with these people, don't play with these people money. And again, I just say that just because what a horrible time for something like that to happen when people need it the most. But remember, nothing happens for no reason, everything is planned. It's just like they knew the COVID pandemic was a out the outbreak already existed in 2019, hence the COVID-19. But it didn't circulate and become this thing until 2020, and even a step further, they already said years prior that this was gonna happen, so they have more than enough time to prepare. Everything is planned. Come on, you make something that easy, you're gonna have a lot of people who are gonna bite the apple. COVID pandemic, so many people were out of jobs, work slowdown, work from home, whatever. And then here you dangle this opportunity to get some monies. And now, three years later, look what happened. You gotta pay back that monies. These people ain't gonna give you that large sum of money for no reason. Aye aye aye. All I can encourage is that everyone gets prepared. Have your backup plans in place and start thinking outside of the box. Whatever that may look like for you. Because when certain things start to take effect, what will you do? Again, never live in fear, don't walk in fear, but also be realistic. Things are shifting, lots of stuff is happening. Right now, you're currently residing in the United States, and although a lot of us like to stomp to the beat of our own drum, we still semi-have to be compliant with some of the things that's happening because we live here, and there's some things you can't quite opt out of. So when certain things happen, you gotta look at the light at the end of the tunnel, but then you also have to be realistic because they've shown us what they can do, they've shown us what they plan to do. Don't wait until the last minute when it actually happens to start preparing. Ask yourself these questions. What will you do if this was to happen? X, Y, and Z. If this all got cut, what happened? Where are you gonna get food? Everything is left and right, there's a new recall almost every day. People are afraid to eat things, people are afraid to use things. They're talking about hair products and all these things that have cancerous chemicals in it. How will you survive? What does survival look like to you? What are your basic needs? How will they be met? How will you provide for yourself? Your family, your kids? If you were planning to get the hell out of the United States, where would you consider going to? Would it be another state? Now I say I say get out of the United States. But some people say they want to just get out of New York or Philly or Jersey, and then they go to like Florida or California. The United States leaving this country completely, what other country would you leave and go to? Have you done your research? Their food cost, their education, their health system. Will you be able to leave and make it to that destination? Will all the laws and everything in regards to aviation being tampered with and they fire these people that's supposed to be doing the safety checks and all that? Every minute you look, every other plane is setting on fire, falling from the sky. How will you travel to this country? If you chose one. Are there numerous ways to get to this destination? You know, thinking outside of the box. One size does not fit all. It's your life. Don't let these soulless entities convince you otherwise. What we gotta remember is that these entities, the government, are smart enough to know that people, we the people, create our own realities by the frequency that we're on, that we hold within, that they can't take from us. So what do they do instead? They produce stage and created drama to make us more controllable and suck away our own power. Something to think about. What are some questions you gotta ask yourself when you think about survival? If there's a power outage, do you know ways to create a fire or electricity? Do you have devices, tools? Solar power and even that they try to screw with creating a new sun. Let's be real. Stop playing God. There's only one. If they screw with the water, do you know how to filter dirty water and make it clean? If there's no food, if everything is, you know I'm saying, poisonous. Do you know how to grow? Do you have the tools or the what do you need to grow certain things? If you get sick, if these hospitals close down and there's no medication, uh uh uh, what things how can you educate yourself? How can you heal yourself from certain things? Thinking outside of the box, food for thought. Be mindful this Monday, be safe, stay prayed, and peace out.
